These sister spec homes are a unique urban infill development in which the interior of a city block was developed into two flag lots with shared landscape, stormwater facilities, and parking. The contemporary homes are a low impact development, which demonstrate the successful approach to creative urban land development.
The landscape design integrates parking and stormwater management into a single cohesive design. The hardscape serves as an access road, parking area, and an area for outdoor activities. The planted landscape areas have walking paths, cube benches, integrated lighting and an irrigation system for use by both properties. The development continues to gain acknowledgement as urban infill projects become more widespread.
